This year’s Sundance TV HQ was all about fresh perspectives. The Verb team conceptualized the creative strategy that “Each one of us views a situation differently based on who we are, what we believe in, and how we share it with the world. The circumstances that create our point of views can limit our full appreciation and understanding of someone else’s.
Filmmaking is a powerful medium because it demands the audience to see stories through another perspective. Films challenge our beliefs and question how we look at the world — and our place in it.
For 2019, SundanceTV HQ will explore perspectives during the Sundance Film Festival by asking questions, examining situations and showcasing new ways to see films. Whether through writing, talking or drawing — the space encourages guests to explore a fresh perspective.”
