PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our clients, Rory Murphy and Jana Potter tasked us with creating a modern luxury condo project while highlighting and respecting the historic Rio Grande Building. By working with them and utilizing their knowledge of Park City, 820 Park Avenue is one of the most successful mixed use projects in Park City. Comprised of a renovation to the historic Rio Grande Depot Building, 10 modern condo units, 4 commercial spaces and an underground parking structure.
